Part III – Information

Kagi opened the front door, revealing Arashi, who looked like she would faint in an instant.

"Riku! Get me a glass of water!" Kagi yelled as she carried Arashi into the house and set her on the couch. Riku came up behind her and gave Arashi the water.

"Are you okay Arashi?" Riku asked as she placed a cold towel on her forehead.

"I've found Saturn. She's here. I ran all the way home." Arashi said between deep breaths.

A grin spread over Riku's face. "Finally, we get our chance to avenge the past Apocalyptic Senshi and you."

"Let's not get ourselves too deep into this yet. We just got here and we don't even know if we should be here. We haven't gotten the word yet from Ri."

"Remind me who Ri is again?" Arashi said as she slowly sat up.

"Ri is short for re-birth. The spirit thing we met when we got our rings. She tells us if we need to awaken her on the worlds we travel to by making our rings glow." Kagi explained.

"Oh, right, I knew that." Arashi lied back down on the couch.

"Funny the leader of the team should have such small memory room for these types of things." Riku said as she got another cold cloth to put on Arashi's head.

Arashi woke up a few hours later, refreshed and re-energized. She got up off the couch and looked around the house for the girls. She found them playing cards in the guest room.

"How'd you sleep Arashi?" Kagi asked, happy to see her up and about.

"I slept well. So what's the word from Ri?" Arashi sat herself down on a pillow next to the small card table.

"None yet." Riku placed a card down and smiled. "I won."

The three girls cleaned up the game and put it away.

Arashi pulled her bracelet from her pocket and tossed it up and down. "Do you think she's ever going to.....?" All of a sudden, Arashi's bracelet began to glow softly. "It's about time."

"It doesn't usually take her this long to call us. I wonder what happened." Kagi sat down on the couch.

"Seven days to get the job done. I'd rather wait as long as we can on this one because of the circumstances." Riku said as she too pulled out her bracelet.

Arashi held up her bracelet and watched it dim back down. "How does she know we got the message?"

"The bracelet is heat-sensitive; when it becomes hot, the bracelet 'erases' any 'messages' if you wanted to put it that way." Kagi shook her head. "I thought you'd know these things sleepy butt!"

"Remember that battle between that last planet's senshi? Sailor Kakyuu, I think, knocked me out and gave me slight amnesia." Arashi defended herself. "And I sleep alot because that's how I keep my energy levels at maximum, so when I.........."

Riku and Kagi stared at Arashi. "I know that's not the reason." Riku shook her head.

"It's because you get depressed, I know it." Kagi said solemnly.

Arashi hung her head in defeat. "I miss being at home with my family. I don't want to be a murderer anymore."

Riku and Kagi stared at each other. "I never really thought of it what way." Kagi placed her hand on Arashi's shoulder.

"Don't worry about it girl-friend. This planet and all the others will be reborn and begin over again. It's a good thing that all life needs to go through, we just aid in the natural process." Riku rubbed the brunette’s head.

Arashi smiled and all three girls giggled until they heard a loud thunder. Arashi felt a cold shiver follow down her spine as she looked to her hands, which had a grey aura around them. "You both know what that means, right?"

Kagi and Riku nodded.

"It means there's going to be a very bad storm." Arashi ran downstairs and closed the shutters on the outside window then ran back inside.

"To bad we can't reach the ones on the second story." Kagi said as she got matches and candles.

Riku grabbed a bunch of blankets and pillows and tossed them in the kitchen hallway. "Make sure to grab your cell phones and pray to god that they are charged."

The three girls sat under the pillows and blankets and waited for the storm to pass. The power went out as two bolts of lightning simultaneously hit the ground in front of the apartment. The girls covered their ears as a large explosion sound rumbled through the house.

Kagi heard a scream outside and ran for the front door. When she opened the door she saw a woman trapped inside a burning house that had apparently caught fire due to a lightning strike.

Kagi ran back into the house. "Girls! Get your senshi fuku on! We need our powers to help save her!"

Arashi and Riku nodded, and then pulled out their bracelets. "Just tell me one thing Kagi, why do we have to save her when we are going to kill her in a few days anyways?" Riku asked bluntly.

"Because it is our first duty as Senshi, to save the innocent as to our best abilities. Our job as Apocalyptic Senshi comes next." Kagi pulled out her bracelet also and the three transformed in the blink of an eye.

Kagi ran out to the apartment only to be greeted by the senshi they had seen before.

"What the hell are they doing here? There's no monster!" Arashi yelled. She then turned to see a giant flaming snake.

"Oh my god and they probably don't know there's a lady trapped in there." Riku ran for the front door of the burning apartment.
